The AC Hotel In Downtown Dayton Ohio’s Water Street District

A new hotel was part of my ongoing quest to photograph every building project in downtown Dayton. I gained legal access to photograph the AC Hotel Dayton on First Street. The is Dayton’s newest hotel (as of mid-2023) and is in the northeast section of downtown. The hotel’s aesthetic is modern and artsy.
At AC Hotel Dayton
The top floor is a rooftop bar, restaurant, and outdoor patio called The Foundry. When I was photographing this Dayton hotel, the Foundry was two weeks away from completion. There are not many photos of it here due to construction workers. The photos from the roof show the great view of DayAir Ball Park, home of the Dayton Dragons Professional Baseball Team.
