Timeless Events At High Acre Farm Piqua Ohio Wedding Photos & Information

High Acre Farm Weddings

Located just 30 minutes north of Dayton, High Acre Farm in Piqua, Ohio, offers a stunning wedding venue with a unique charm. This beautifully repurposed horse farm sits amidst serene countryside landscapes of trees, ponds, and rolling hills, making it an ideal indoor-outdoor setting for weddings. As you arrive, you’ll travel along a picturesque road flanked by trees and ponds, leading to a spacious parking lot. Surrounding the lot are three distinct buildings: a repurposed horse stable to the south, a transformed breeding barn to the west, and a reception and party hall to the north.

The Buildings

The southernmost building at High Acre Farm is a charming brick and wood beam structure offering several guest rooms available for rent during a wedding or event weekend. This convenient option is perfect for accommodating out-of-town wedding party members. Nearby, the main building to the left is a stunning ivy-covered brick structure featuring a spacious bridal suite, a groom’s suite, and a kitchen with a dining area. While this unique Miami County wedding venue is undeniably special, it does require a bit of a drive from Dayton.

The northernmost building completes the “U” shape formed around the pond, situated close to the other two buildings. It serves as the party and reception venue, offering a large, versatile indoor-outdoor space. A striking wall of glass opens onto a patio overlooking the pond, providing an elegant setting for guests to enjoy the view on pleasant days. The venue includes ample seating, a spacious patio with a fire pit on the pond’s edge, and a separate catering room and buffet area at the back for efficient meal service. Additionally, a nearby barn adds to the charm and functionality of this beautifully designed venue.

Bridal Suite

The bridal suite, in the westernmost building, is designed with several large windows that let in ample natural light. It features a sitting area, tables, mirrors, changing rooms, and a bedroom, providing all the space needed for the ladies. The suite’s spacious layout accommodates larger wedding parties, ensuring everyone has plenty of room to get ready comfortably. Similarly, the groom’s preparation area is generously sized, offering a practical and inviting space for the groom and his party.

Groom’s Suite

The groom’s suite is outfitted with a bar, a large television, a comfortable couch, chairs, and dark, bold décor, creating a stylish and relaxed atmosphere. It’s the perfect space for the groom and his groomsmen to prepare for the big day. Additionally, the venue includes a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen available for use by overnight guests and clients. Each room is thoughtfully designed with separate sections to ensure privacy and comfort.

Ceremony Location

The wedding ceremony takes place outdoors in the center of the “U”-shaped layout, with rows of removable chairs arranged to face east toward a large raised stage and pergola. This space accommodates the wedding couple, officiant, and wedding party beautifully. After the ceremony, staff or guests clear the chairs to unveil a spacious, well-lit concrete area that serves as an outdoor reception space and dance floor. The property offers plenty of areas for guests to explore or gather in smaller groups, ensuring a dynamic and relaxed atmosphere. This is not the type of venue where everyone needs to stay in the same space all the time.

High Acre Farm in Piqua is well worth the drive. This five-star, first-class Dayton-area wedding and reception venue is truly a gem. If I could photograph weddings at Timeless Events at High Acre Farm every week, I’d feel thrilled!
