The downstairs ballroom runs the entire eastern half of the main floor. This is a huge section of warehouse that has been converted into an industrial-chic event space for weddings in Dayton. Receptions here can feel disjointed because it is long and narrow. Personally, I prefer reception spaces where everyone can be a part of each reception event. Again, if this is what you are looking for, it is really nice.

The Outdoor Patio

On nice days, the outdoor patio on the building’s east side makes a great space to get away from a crowded reception. Imagine not seeing your friends or family for a long time and getting to spend quality time sipping cocktails while a train rolls by. The party lights add a warmth to this space.
