The Landing And Dayton YCMA And Apartments On Monument By Crawford Hoying Photos

The Landing, a historic apartment complex in Dayton, Ohio has been on my must-do list. I’ve been seeing this high-rise for YMCA between the Great Miami River and downtown Dayton. This giant building sits at 115 West Monument Avenue and has an imposing presence. I think most people know this at the Dayton YMCA building. You can’t miss The Landing and Dayton YMCA if you are on I-75. It is beautiful!

Although they only granted access to a few empty apartments, I got what I needed. The most surprising thing was that there was a courtyard many floors up. You cannot see it from ground level.
