St. Anne’s Hill Historic District Homes In East Dayton Ohio

The St. Anne’s Hill Historic District overlooking downtown Dayton is filled with old, beautiful, eclectic houses from many decades or even a century ago This neighborhood just east of downtown near Stivers High School has dozens of homes throughout the district, with the largest and most beautiful sitting atop a hill facing the City.

The most famous and recognizable of these homes is at 136 Dutoit Street, the Bossler Mansion. This is arguably one of the most ornate and beautiful homes in the entire Miami Valley. It is surrounded by a fence placed upon a stone wall. Judging from the exterior photos, this mansion is in impeccable shape.

Although this is not commercial photography, it shows off my commercial real estate chops. I am a commercial photographer and it is truly my pleasure to create these images.
