This sister site to Magnolia Barn is a southern-style plantation wedding venue just south of Dayton. It is located on Benner Road between the barn and Canopy Creek Farm. The three venues make up the bulk of the Miamisburg wedding venues.

When you arrive at the manor, there is a long, large parking lot with the venue at the back. To enter you walk past a fountain between the parking and the building. There is not special or grand about this fountain, but it provides great photo opportunities, especially during sunset. The two-story reception hall sits on the side of a hill facing the northwest and is white and bright

Upon entering, you are met with an open two-story floor plan directly inside the door. Large windows line the north, south, and east sides, providing great natural light. To the right is a bridal suite/wedding suite that is usually used by the bride and bridesmaids. It is really only large enough for 3 people at a time to do wedding prep. Normally, there are 6-10 people crammed in here for final hair and makeup touchups. I recommend only using this as a staging room as it is small-ish and can get hot. You’ll want to keep the blinds close or everyone coming from the parking lot will be able to see you.

Along with the open floor plan are a bar at the back, a grand dual staircase like the Titanic, and a second-floor balcony. The balcony is my favorite feature because I can stage additional lights to light up the main guest area. I can also photograph from unique angles without getting in the way of guests. And lastly, the balcony continues out back overlooking the wedding ceremony area and the creek.

This Miamisburg venue can accommodate probably more than 200 guests for a reception and has seating for most at the outdoor ceremony spot. There is a wooden pagoda structure where the wedding couple and officiant stand. The guests are seated in white chairs on a large concrete patio that is handicap accessible. There is an overflow standing area under and on the second-floor balcony.

Choosing this medium-large event center for your wedding is a great choice if you want a memorable reception location in a picturesque country setting! For wedding photographers, the fountain combined with the beautiful sunset possibilities makes for great wedding photos. If given enough time to create artistic photos, we can walk around this wooded property looking for beautiful backgrounds.
