Apex Commercial Group manages the historic Dayton Motor Car Building in Oregon District East. Gossiger Inc. now occupies this building. The redevelopment of this property is just another step in the comeback of downtown Dayton Ohio and surrounding areas. Weyland Ventures is responsible for the rehab and revitalization of the Dayton Motor Car Building as well.
Situated near Third Street and Keowee Street, this building can be seen towering above the railroad tracks. I used to think the disused property was beautiful until it was fixed up. It is a beautiful addition to the City. I love the interior open space photos with the sun coming in from the east.
Thanks to Apex Commercial Group for granting me access to this historic Dayton Ohio building. I love documenting the history and revitalization of downtown Dayton through my commercial photography.
The Historic Dayton Motor Car Building echoes Dayton’s rich automotive heritage.
