Tri-State Warbird Museum Wedding Venue Photos & Information

Let me start by saying that I can’t say enough about this classy couple and their wedding planner (sister-in-law). This couple was a little older and very eager to spend the time necessary to capture beautiful wedding images. I was eager as well but then throw in the fact that the Cincinnati wedding venue was the Tri-State Warbird Museum! For 6 hours I was able to combine my love of wedding photography and my love of aviation photography. My mind was blown!

The wedding venue consisted of 2 hangers with hangar 1 used for the reception and hangar 2 used for the ceremony. The most unique backdrop for any wedding I’ve photographed has to be the B-17 and the P-51 aircraft. Additionally, the P-51 model is the favorite of the bride and groom. They had a stage and up-lighting brought in to really make a statement with their wedding ceremony. It was awesome!

Following the wedding was a lovely reception surrounded by military memorabilia and historical aircraft. The seating area and dance floor were plenty large for the 75 guests, and the acoustics were great for the DJ, Party Pleasers. The couple gave me time three times that evening, to capture memorable artistic photos of them with the various planes. The best photos are the ones a sunset with the party cloudy skies and the vintage aircraft outside. Generally, sunset photos are good, but these were great!
