Deeds Point MetroPark Description
Along with RiverScape MetroPark, these two parks form a less popular engagement session location in Dayton Ohio. These two parks are adjacent to downtown Dayton and provide gorgeous views of the Dayton skyline and the Great Miami River.
With the re-addition of the pedestrian bridge, this park has gotten even better. The small lawn is good for some nature-themed photos while the walkways are good for downtown Dayton cityscape photos. During the warm months, you can even take photos with the Riverscape fountains or better yet, in the fountains. See some of the awesome engagement photos below. I will warn you there is very little shade, so choosing a very sunny part of the day will not be pleasing in your photos. Golden hour or early in the morning are best. If you choose golden hour, you can get a beautiful sunset behind downtown Dayton and the river.

TIP: Only shoot at golden hour or on cloudy days. No shade makes this a tougher Dayton location to shoot at.
