Ben Harper Opened For The Chicks At Nationwide Arena August 2023

Ben Harper opened for The Chicks at the 2023 concert at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. This cool summer night featured an acoustic set, at least the three songs I got to photograph, filled with beautiful melodies and intricate guitar playing.

He was one of the most laid-back opening acts I have ever seen which made for fairly boring photos. While these concert photos are not ugly, it was difficult to get much variety due to the nature of the songs he performed. One thing I really liked was the array of guitars set up behind him. It kind of gave his performance a studio vibe.
