The large hall formerly housed steam-powered electric generators but not is full of natural light and is perfect for huge weddings. There are smaller rooms that can be used for cocktail hours, quiet spaces for guests, and more. The bridal suite upstairs is elegant and large. It is on the 2nd floor and is gigantic with a hair and makeup area, eating area, refrigerator, ice machine, and tons of natural light. The groom’s suite downstairs is masculine and features showers, a locker room, and plenty of room for the guys to stretch out.

The main reception area can accommodate 300 seated guests. The first floor is the area for weddings and receptions and is flooded with natural light by two-story windows lining the southern wall. At the west end of this historic building is the largest bar of any Dayton wedding venue. At the east end is a dedicated catering and cocktail hour room.
