Destin Florida’s Most Fun Restaurant And Dining Experience

Lucy Buffett’s restaurant, Lulu’s in Destin, Florida, provided us the most fun dining experience. It was family-friendly. This indoor-outdoor restaurant is situated on a beach on the Choctawhatchee Bay at Mid-Bay Bridge. It is next to Legendary Marina. The restaurant is only 1/2 mile from Highway 98 in Destin, Florida.

The food was above average, and they have an allergy menu with lot of great gluten-free choices for those people with gluten allergies. For a vacation destination, this is a great gluten-free restaurant in the Destin area. In fact, they had several different allergy menus, and the managers personally took and delivered the allergy orders so as to avoid any issues. At the time of our visit, the live music hadn’t started yet.

You’ll Nearly Go Right By Lucy Buffett’s Restaurant

You’ll nearly pass this short exit to the restaurant as we almost did, just before the bridge. There are boat storage buildings to the right of the exit, so make sure you are paying attention. Otherwise, you’ll go right past it. It was funny slowly swerving at the last second to make the turn.

We will definitely eat at this Destin restaurant next time we visit Destin, Florida. the Emerald Coast is the best area in the entire golf shores! While you are there, check out the beach activities and maybe rent one of the water bikes. I am a Dayton Ohio based travel photographer.
