Energetic Bellefontaine Wedding At A Private Campground Kamp-A-Lott

In August 2022 I photographed a long-time friend’s wedding at Kamp-A-Lott campground in Bellefontaine Ohio. This was the first and only time I’ve photographed a Bellefontaine wedding at a private campground. It is the first wedding I’ve ever shot in Logan County.

What Made Me Love Shooting A Bellefontaine Wedding At A Private Campground

This wedding featured dozens of people I have known for years. The groom brought a 1933 Roadster vintage car which I used to create bas-ass vintage car wedding photos. This was my 223rd wedding and first at a campground. The images show a little bit of camp while elevating the location to create beautiful wedding photos.

This is a Bellefontaine campground that I have been visiting since 1997. I never considered this a good location for a wedding. When Jill asked me to photograph her wedding at the camp lodge, I said sure. Leading up to the date, I was trying to figure out how I was going to capture the essence of this campground while making the photos not camp-centric. I believe these wedding photos turned out very well.
