Downtown Dayton Modeling Session At The Steam Plant Dayton

Dayton Model Photographer

As a long-time Dayton and Cincinnati professional photographer, I have been able to photograph hundreds of different photography sessions.  Of all the sessions I’ve ever photographed, I have only done a single modeling session.  In November 2017, I set up a downtown Dayton modeling session with a previous bride and groom (whose wedding was at NCR Country Club) and The Steam Plant Dayton.  We spent two hours on a cold Sunday afternoon creating beautiful model portraits of both the husband and wife separately and together.  I’d like to thank Emily and Nick as well as The Steam Plant for such a fun two-hour Dayton modeling photography session.

How I Set This Downtown Dayton Modeling Session

Weeks after their wedding, I was still in love with this couple.  They were such amazing subjects to photograph that I wanted to do it again.  At the same time, I wanted to work with Lisa at the Steam Plant to photograph the interior again.  I legally photograph buildings in my spare time.  Check out my other Dayton commercial photography.

I asked Lisa if I could shoot a couple of models in the Steam Plant for roughly two hours.  I was in luck!  Lisa approved.  Next was to approach this couple with an odd request.  Would they come downtown for two hours and do a modeling session with me?  They agreed and were excited!
